Jay has been a principal consultant with SPC since 1999. His
specialties include strategic planning, profitability performance
improvement, process optimization, application development, project
management and mentoring high potential scientific and technical leaders
in business acumen.
Working with our clients, Jay has been able to apply his leadership and
executive experience with manufacturing, service, fulfillment and
marketing companies such as Procter & Gamble, Baxter and American to
Jay has helped develop both individual and organization effectiveness,
introduced new methods and processes and applied his unique talents to
solving business process and execution problems – which has resulted in
multi-million dollar revenue and profit improvements and structural cost
reductions for our clients. He has a rich hands-on knowledge of
